Add a bit of diamond to netherite armor and tools!

It is a simple texture tweak adding a bit of diamond to the armor and tools.

If you want the pack with just the vanilla texture tweaks, I recommend just grabbing the original upload. Also the newer upload is considered 1.20 rather than 1.21 as I tweaked the meta file - it'll still work fine for newer and older versions. If anything doesn't show up, lmk and I'll fix it when I can.
