ā™¦ Smoothstone drops Cobblestone,
ā™¦ Cobblestone smelted once gives Smoothstone,
ā™¦ and smelting Smoothstone gives Smeltstone

Also changes the adjective for stone tools and weapons to 'Lithic'
Works from 1.13 forward (newer items only being affected when added).
