AttributeSMP

AttributeSMP is a progression plugin where every player who joins for the first time gets a random attribute rolled by rarity, then can level it up from Lv1 to Lv3 using an Upgrade Token, or reroll it entirely for a fresh random attribute using a Reroll Token. There are 13 attributes total, split across four rarities:

Legendary (5%)

• Attack Damage
• Entity Reach

Epic (15%)

• Max Health
• Attack Speed
• Armor
• Block Breaking Speed

Uncommon (30%)

• Block Reach
• Movement Speed
• Fall Damage Reduction

Common (50%)

• Jump Strength
• Attack Knockback
• Knockback Resistance
• Step Height

Tokens are given out with /attributesmp give <player> [upgrade/reroll], and if you want players to be able to craft them, you can add a custom crafting recipe for the tokens using a third-party custom recipe plugin.
