create reversed rose lamp

This mod adds a reversed version of the Rose Quartz Lamp from the Create mod.

Its logic is the opposite of the standard version. When the lamp is lit, it does not emit a redstone signal; however, when it is extinguished, it continuously outputs a level 15 redstone signal.

Controls:

• Use a Wrench to right-click and easily toggle the lamp's state.
• Sneak + Right-click to dismantle the lamp and add it directly to your inventory.

It can be converted back and forth with the Rose Quartz Lamp via crafting.

Please note that this reverse version does not have the "Multiplexer" functionality!
