Multifishing

A simple enchantment that rewards patient anglers. Multifishing adds one clean, focused enchantment to fishing rods: a chance to reel in an extra item alongside your normal catch. No new items, no new mechanics to learn — just a smarter rod.

Fishing already drops good loot — junk, treasure, and fish — but every cast only ever gives you one thing. Multifishing gives your rod a chance to give you two.

Hook a pufferfish, and with a bit of luck, a bonus item comes up right alongside it.

How it works

• Level I — 20% chance of an extra item per catch
• Level II — 45% chance
• Level III — 60% chance
• Level IV — 80% chance
• Level V — 100% chance, every single cast

The bonus item comes from the same fishing loot pool as your normal catch, so it stays balanced with vanilla fishing loot and respects Luck of the Sea / Lure.
