Aetheria SMP

Hello we are the Aetheria SMP this is an origins SMP.

Being an origins SMP gives us the ability to add custom origins, as in player requested origins (in moderation ofc). origins can give a lot of versatility in almost every aspect of the game, and add a fun challenge or a peaceful survival experience. we have a few of our own because ofc but we are very open to suggestion.

So start a town, live far out, socialize with voice chat and make new friends.

we even made it easy to download the pack through modrinth and cursedforge

1.Do not spawn kill a players multiple times

2.do not grief any builds for no reason

3.do not destroy a players items after death or steal if not in war( stealing is allowed if in war)

4.do not loot from others peoples chests without permission

5.do not make racist/sexist/homophobic remarks on the the server especially not towards other player this will result in a ban if serious and not in a playful manner

6.DO NOT SAY any type of slurs THIS will result in a perm ban no appeal

7.end is off limits… for now

8.no selling items for real money without infroming and establishing a shop with staff

9.do not go out of your way to cause server lag or cause the server to crash

10.any map art that is NSFW or breaks any of the following rules will result in a perm ban

11.MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT IS 15 if requirement isnt met you will be perm banned no appeal

IF CAUGHT CHEATING/GLITCH ABUSING IN ANY WAY YOU WILL BE BANNED WITH NO APPEAL ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— TOWN RULES

1.cannot force players to live in a town

2.A capital building/government building is required when creating a town

3 player minimum is required for the creation of a town including the creator

A town must be created and approved by a mod before being formally recognized and getting its own role and things of the sort

5.u must write a short description and make a discord for your town so it can be put in the towns channel

6.if 2 towns are in war and one gets griefed that is not against the rules aslong as the whole town isnt destroyed ————————————————____________________________________________________ BANS First offense server mute and mc server ban for 1 day

Second offense server mute and mc server ban for 5 days

Third offense 30 day mc ban and server mute

Forth offense permanently banned from Minecraft sever and discord can be appealed

IF APPEALED YOU GET BACK IN AND GET BANNED AGAIN YOU WILL BE PERM BANNED NO APPEAL ———————————————— ————————————————— PvP Rules

1.No explosion based PvP ex crystal,tnt minecart,respawn anchors

2.No stealing/destroying peoples items

3.No Glitch/Bug abusing

4.No combat logging

5.No Hacking (feels like this should be obvious)

6.Traps are allowed as long as it follows the no griefing and no destroying/stealing peoples items

7.if two town are in war stealing destroying items and griefing is allowed as long as both towns mutually agree to war

8.If u come up with a loophole and pmo ima ban u

               King Rules

a king can request things to be instated by moderators

Election for server king will be held every month

A king can be elected no more than 2 terms in a row once after the 3rd term he may run again

The kings duty is to uphold the world and the new players who join it

The king must either live in the castle or have his office set in it(once its built)

Once a king is assassinated they may no longer run

King must have a subordinate /underling that will be choose by election to step up incase of assassination

a king may make greater decisions to end conflicts and better the states of towns

A king may also borrow soldiers and supplys from a town if need be in desperate times

If the king is overthrown the overthrower will be in power until next election if the entire party is overthrown

The king has direct action to in-force any policy or law as he pleases
