NeoGeo: New Terrain Features

NeoGeo provides advanced world generation features for modpack creators. It implements custom feature types including ore_vein (for linear ore veins) and ore_cluster (for chaotic ore pockets), allowing fine control over ore generation through datapacks. Designed to work seamlessly with KubeJS for block/item registration, NeoGeo reduces mod bloat by separating worldgen logic from content definitions.
