GeyserAutoUpdater
If you run Geyser, you know the drill: new build comes out, you go download it, drop it in, restart. This just does that part for you.
On server startup it asks the official Geyser v2 API for the latest Spigot build, compares that build's SHA-256 against the Geyser jar you've got installed, and if yours is out of date it downloads the new one into your plugins/update/ folder so it swaps in cleanly on the next restart, no file-lock headaches.
What it does:
Checks for the newest Geyser Spigot build on startup Compares by SHA-256, so it only updates when something actually changed Verifies the download's hash before staging it. A bad download gets thrown out Won't re-download a build that's already sitting in your update folder Runs fully async, so your server doesn't hang while it checks or downloads Finds your Geyser jar by its plugin name, so a renamed jar still works
What it doesn't do: it doesn't apply the update live. Like any update-folder plugin, the new jar swaps in on your next restart. If you run something like SimpleAutoRestart, that happens on its own.
Setup: drop the jar in plugins/, restart. That's it. No config, no commands.
Built for Paper/Purpur on Java 17+. Requires Geyser-Spigot to already be installed (it updates Geyser, it doesn't install it).
Commands: none. It runs on startup.
Permissions: none.
