Potato Bread

What if there was another way to make bread?  Create Starch and Icing and combine them for decorated cake-bread

To get started, first peel your potatoes in a Water Cauldron

If you have mods like Plain Grinder, Cyclic, or Farmers Delight, there are some default integration recipes to peel and process these materials

Once peeled, you can process the peeled_potatoes into Starch, which acts as Potato-Flour in this mod

Then make some Dough and a Rolling Pin

Roll the Dough into different shapes depending on the bread type

Then cook so you can eat it.  The Heavy bread is slightly more filling than a Steak.

Other types can be decorated with icing and certain toppings to give effects

Configuration:
Recipes are defined as normal in JSON files.  Currently all toppings -> effects are hardcoded, in future im working on a system to add new toppings via recipes and/or configs.  Mod is still very new
