Gunpowder Plus

This mod adds a Gravel Compressor block that turns Gravel into Gunpowder Metal! so basically i got tired of relying on creepers for gunpowder since hunting them down one by one gets old fast, gravel on the other hand is everywhere and is super easy to get or make from cobblestone, so i thought it would be cool if there was a block that could just turn gravel straight into something useful instead so i made the Gravel Compressor, you hold some gravel in your inventory and right click the compressor and it crushes it down with this satisfying clank sound and a little spark effect, and it spits out a Gunpowder Metal item, that's the core new item this mod adds and everything else is built around it, from there you've got options, you can smelt or blast the Gunpowder Metal in a furnace to turn it straight into normal vanilla gunpowder, or you can use it to craft a sword, axe, or pickaxe that all hit noticeably harder than their iron counterparts, and the sword specifically lights whatever you hit on fire for a couple seconds which is a nice little bonus in pvp or against mobs its basically a simple way to cut down on the creeper grind if you need gunpowder without farming them, just compress some gravel instead! 🔨 What's Added

Gravel Compressor (block) — crushes gravel into Gunpowder Metal, animated with GeckoLib Gunpowder Metal (item) — smelt/blast into vanilla Gunpowder, or use it to craft tools Gunpowder Sword, Axe, and Pickaxe — stronger than iron, sword sets enemies on fire

📥 Installation

This mod runs on Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge. Requires GeckoLib to be installed for the Gravel Compressor's animation to work. Drop both jars into your mods folder, no config needed.
