Backported Wool Slabs & Stairs

This small mod backports the Wool Stairs and the Wool Slabs that were added in 26.3 to earlier versions of Minecraft, so you can enjoy your wool stairs and slabs without having to upgrade your whole modpack and cause problems with compatability. It includes all features, such as recipes, blocks in creative tabs, ability to dye the wool in the crafting table, and NeoForge support.
