Description

In the world of Minecraft, where survival is a constant test of reflexes, tactics, and patience, cooldowns may well be the player’s greatest enemy. Think back: if not for those delays, you might have saved yourself in that battle, or claimed victory in the fight that still lingers in your memory.

This mod removes the delays and cooldowns that keep you from acting quickly. You will be able to carve through hordes of mobs and click any enemy to death within seconds, instantly swallow a vital potion or steak to regain strength. Your shield will never lose consciousness and will be ready to block attacks again and again, while your bow fires arrows like a machine gun.

Yet remember: the most significant and relentless cooldown in the game — your own reaction time.

No Cooldowns is a QoL mod designed to eliminate various cooldowns and delays in Minecraft, making gameplay faster, easier, and more dynamic. It helps players make progress faster by speeding up, slowing down, compressing, or expanding various game mechanics through a wide range of configurable options. The mod gives players the potential to become stronger and gain an advantage over the world, while minimizing boring, distracting, harmful, and otherwise unfavorable gameplay scenarios.

WARNING: approximately 80% of this mod consists of Mixins that modify vanilla game logic. Make sure you are not using other mods that alter vanilla behavior in the same or similar ways, as this may lead to conflicts, unexpected behavior, or crashes. If you need to use conflicting mods, open the Config Menu and disable the options that conflict with them.

Configuration

No Cooldowns has its own built-in Config Menu, where you can toggle all available options directly in-game. You can also change options manually in the config file. If you edit the file, don't forget to run the reload command for the changes to take effect.

You can open the Config Menu using its dedicated button in the Main Menu or Pause Menu, or access it through Mod Menu.

Every hit is a critical hit

The player always deals a critical hit to a zombie just by standing still

No cooldown between hits

The player clicks on the zombie and quickly kills it soon after

Fast health regeneration

The player takes heavy fall damage, but health regenerates quickly

No item-swap cooldown

The player instantly equips heavy items in their inventory: a pickaxe, sword, axe, trident, and hammer

Food and drinks are swallowed in a split second

The player eats several items from the inventory at once

Fire a hail of arrows like an automatic weapon

The player quickly shoots arrows from a bow

Rapid spear piercing attacks

The player quickly uses a piercing attack from a spear with the Lunge enchantment to fly over the cliff
