Mee8's Mace limiter

Basically another mace limiter but with my own special twist. The twist being theres a tracker for people who has the mace via using an ender eye and right clickking on a heavy core.

Commands: /mace limit <amount> = adjusts the limit /mace reset = resets the current count for maces thats been crafted /mace set <amount> = sets the amount for current maces that "exists" /mace view = views the locations and owner of the currently crafted maces
