Caves not Cliffs [Backported]

Just an old unreleased mod, highly likely it won't receive any future updates. But I decided to publish it anyway, cuz it's the only mod which adds new cave bioms to 1.12.2.

WARNING

Caves and Cliffs Mod, 1.17 backport is required to work. supermj767 only added new blocks (without changing worldgen), my mod only changes the worldgen using those new blocks.
