Optimized TNT
Optimizes TNT by batching blocks together when exploding large amounts of TNT. This mod also changes the tile drop rates of blocks affected by large explosions, reducing entity lag.
TNT explosion power may decrease slightly with larger quantities of TNT.
Test information
The following datapoints were tested on a fabric 1.20.1 server, with the mod version 1.0.0. They were tested multiple times. For the test, 10,000 tnt was exploded. The server was run on a Ryzen 7 6800H CPU, 32GB DDR5 Ram, and an Nvidia 3050ti. Spark profiler was used to monitor the server, and was the only other mod installed*. The test uses the default mod config values (coming soon!).
TPS
The TPS, or Ticks per second, is a measure of how laggy the server is. A minecraft game normally runs at 20 TPS, however large amounts of lag may slow it down.

|---|---|---|---|
| Vanilla | 11.66 | 17.50 | 19.09 |
| Optimized TNT Mod | 20.00 | 20.00 | 20.00 |
MSPT
The MSPT, or milliseconds per tick, is also a measure of lag. A normal value is typically <50 MSPT, although some values may be higher depending on how much load is on the server. The higher the MSPT, the more laggy the server is.

Roadmap
I am currently working on:
- New versions & modloaders, including fabric, forge, and neoforge
- Drop aggregation, which will reduce the amount of entities and lag
- Complete overhaul of the profile page, including more in-depth data, more accurate tests, general information when paired with other mods, and much more!
*Excluding Fabric API.
This mod may only be used in modpacks (and other projects) published on Modrinth. Licensed ARR.
