How To Install On New Servers:

If You Havent Ran Your Server And It's Only 1 Single .jar File, Run It Then Put XLIB And The Plugin Your Trying To Install Inside The "plugins" Folder, If You Run It, It Should Be Installed, Add Your Other Plugins Like This As Well

How To Install On Existing Servers:

Download The Plugin You Want To Download, Then Put It In The "plguins" Folder And It Should Be Good To Go!
