Better Concrete

A simple concrete overhaul that adds a realistic process for making, placing, and curing concrete.

1. You have to find and mine calcite deposits
2. You have to smelt it into Quicklime
3. You have to then turn Quicklime into Cement by combining Clay, Quicklime, and three leather
4. You then can craft Wet Concrete blocks by combining 3 Sand, 2 Gravel, Cement, and a Water bucket
5. You then have to wait between 2 and 8 minutes for the Wet Concrete to fully harden. The time it takes for the concrete to harden can be changed with an in-game command
