Vanilla-adjacent QOL tweaks for the Recipe Book.

Features

All features are configurable through Mod Menu or config/hardcover/hardcover.json. Keybindings can be configured under Controls.

Alternative Recipe Book Layout
Adds one extra row of recipe results by rearranging the search field and navigation buttons.

Alternative Recipe Button
Displays the resulting item instead of the recipe, with a tooltip showing the material list.

Auto Close Recipe Book
Automatically closes the recipe book when a supported screen is closed.

Bounce Animation
Toggles the subtle bounce animation seen when new recipes are added.

Centered Inventory
Centers the inventory and prevents it from moving when the recipe book is opened.

Compact Tabs
Shows more recipe book tabs by reducing tab size.

Creative Tabs
Categorizes recipes based on creative tabs. Recipes are ungrouped while enabled, and pinned collections are removed.

Cycling Navigation
Cycles results and tabs when using the next/previous and up/down buttons.

Invert Scroll Direction
Inverts the scroll direction when using the mouse wheel.

Mouse Wheel Scrolling
Enables mouse wheel scrolling within the recipe book results and tabs.

Quick Craft
Quickly crafts items by clicking recipes while pressing the keybinding.

Recent Recipes
Displays recently used recipes at the start of the recipe book page.

Recipe Book Button
Toggles the recipe book button in supported screens.

Recipe Pinning
Pins recipes to the start of the recipe book page by clicking a recipe while holding the keybinding.

Search Operators
Filters searches by prefixing terms with @ (mod), $ (tag) or % (ingredient).

Ungrouped Recipes
Ungroups grouped recipes into single recipes. Also enabled by Creative Tabs. Pinned collections are removed.

Unlock All Recipes
Unlocks all recipes when a player enters a single player world.

Dark Mode
Built-in Default Dark Mode resource pack.
