Spoiler
BEHAVIOR
On each encounter it selects one of the new and previous reactions:
- Stroll: wanders around and can now open doors
- Chase: moves toward the targetted player to attack
- Stare: stops and looks at the player. Now turns into chase or flee within the amount of time preventing it from becoming stagnant
- Flee: triggered by low health, catching fire, prolonged chase or randomly during a stare
- Active Stalk: moves slowly toward the player and escalates into chase or flee within the amount of time
- Leap: lunges at you within distance and can stick to walls while doing so
- Camouflage: becomes transparent depending on the interaction or environment
- Sticks on Ceilings: sticks to a ceiling and stays there until the player gets too close or looks at it
- Peeking: clings to walls and peek around edges to stalk you
- Appears at Rainy nights: spawns on the surface at night during rain and flees at dawn
VARIANTS
Added new variants that spawns depending on how deep you are in caves or in specific areas:
- Cave Dweller: average health and damage, camouflages when around nearby mobs
- Deep Cave Dweller: high health and damage, breaks doors rather than just opening them and disables shields. Becomes more common the deeper you are in caves or in deepslate areas
- Ancient Cave Dweller: higher health, damage, and camouflages often. Becomes more common the deeper you are in caves or in Ancient Cities
ENVIRONMENT INTERACTIONS
Added more interactions to blocks and items:
- Armor Piercing: can sometimes ignore player armor
- Doors, trapdoors, fence gates: can now open or break them while wandering or stalking. While chasing, tougher variants break through instead of opening
- Fire: catching fire causes it to go into panic mode for a set duration before going back to chasing a player
- Shields: can put shields on cooldown or instantly break them
- Torches: torches starts flickering and unlit nearby Cave Dwellers
