Hostile GEN: Ember Sea

Jagged islands on an endless sea of lava.

Ember Sea replaces the overworld with a sea of lava. Rare islands and towering spires.

What you get

  • A lava sea covering about 78% of the world, over an obsidian sea floor
  • Rare islands and towering spires
  • Ash in the air, basalt delta ambience & a red sky

Customize it

This pack uses the default settings. Tune all five settings (Islands, Spires, Obsidification, Wood, Grass patches) and download your own version in the free online generator: https://aceoverdeuce.itch.io/hostile-gen

Install

  1. Create a new world
  2. More > Data Packs: drop the .zip in, move it to Selected
  3. Keep the Default world type. Use one Hostile GEN pack per world

Good to know

  • Minecraft Java 1.21.1
  • No oceanic structures
  • Strongholds, villages, outposts, desert temples and trial chambers still generate.
  • Nether and End are untouched
