tl;dr: Makes luck (hopefully) more effective; updates loot tables for armorer (1.20-1.21), cartographer (1.21), cleric (1.20-1.21), fisher (1.20-1.21) and leatherworker (1.20-1.21).
For 1.21
All professions
- Increased bonus rolls to two for those with luck effect
- Updated quality of rare items to hopefully make them more likely to drop with luck effect
Armorer
- Armorers now have a 5% chance of gifting wolf armor
- Lowered chance of receiving anvil or iron blocks from 10% to 7.5% each
Cartographer
- Added exploration maps for swamp huts, trail ruins, desert pyramids and jungle temples
- Chance of receiving any exploration map is 10%; chance of receiving a specific exploration map is 2.5%
- Lowered chance of receiving compass or item frames from 25% each to 20% each
Cleric
- Removed rabbit foot from loot table
- Increased chance of receiving glass bottles from 10% to 12.5%
- Increased chance of receiving glowstone dust from 5% to 7.5%
Fisher
- Fishers now have a 2.5% chance of gifting 1-4 turtle scutes
- Lowered chance of receiving sponges from 5% to 2.5%
Leatherworker
- Leatherworkers now have a 5% chance of gifting 1-4 rabbit feet
- Lowered chance of receiving item frame from 15% to 10%
For 1.20.5-1.20.6:
All professions

- Armorers now have a roughly .05% chance of gifting each armor trim.
- Armorers now have a 5% chance of gifting wolf armor
- Increased chance of receiving netherite upgrade template to 2.5%.
