Simple Voicechat Commands

A lightweight client-side add-on for Simple Voice Chat that adds quick chat commands for managing your voice chat locally, without needing to open the settings menu.

Requires Simple Voice Chat to be installed. This mod does not add its own voice chat functionality - it's purely a set of client-side commands that call into Simple Voice Chat's existing local controls (microphone mute, per-player volume, and deafen). It is client-side only: it works on vanilla servers and does not need to be installed server-side, though the server (and other players) will still need Simple Voice Chat installed as normal for voice chat to function at all.

Commands

• /svc - shows a quick help summary of all commands
• /svc mute - toggles your own microphone mute on/off
• /svc mute <player> - toggles mute for a specific player locally; muting remembers their previous volume so toggling again restores it
• /svc mutelist - lists all players you currently have muted
• /svc volume <player> <0-400> - sets a player's local volume, from 0% to 400%
• /svc deafen - toggles Simple Voice Chat's disabled state, disabling both incoming and outgoing voice chat

All changes made through these commands are purely client side and only affect what you hear - they don't affect other players' settings or the server in any way.
