One dies, everyone dies. But now you know exactly whose fault it is.
Shared Hardcore transforms your multiplayer world into a high-stakes cooperative survival run. When a single player makes a fatal mistake, a team wipe is immediately triggered. Unlike traditional shared-death packs that get caught in infinite death loops or mask the original cause of death, this datapack tracks the exact culprit and resets your run smoothly thousands of blocks away. Key Features
Culprit Tracking (Blame Counter): The engine detects the exact player whose death triggered the cascade and awards them +1 on the sidebar leaderboard (Wipes Caused) before the team is eliminated.
Loop-Free Elimination: During a wipe, fallen players are moved to spectator mode immediately, preventing infinite death loops, phantom respawns, or desyncs.
Fresh Run, New Land: When the wipe completes, time resets to morning (time set day), and the entire party is safely regrouped and respawned together at a brand-new random coordinate up to 10,000 blocks away from world origin.
Integrated Health in Tab: Player health bars render dynamically with custom heart icons directly inside the player list.
Pure Datapack: 100% vanilla command mechanics. Works out of the box on vanilla servers, Paper, Fabric, or Purpur without external dependencies.
How It Works
Survival Mode: Normal gameplay continues while player hearts are tracked in the Tab menu.
The Blunder: A player dies from any source (falling, lava, mobs).
The Cascade: The pack attributes +1 wipe to that player's record, broadcasts their name to chat, and eliminates the surviving party members simultaneously.
The Reset: Once the team is eliminated, world spawn updates to a new random location (up to 10,000 blocks out), time resets to sunrise, and everyone respawns grouped together in Survival mode for a clean start.
