gMute — Mute Addon for gChat

gMute is a lightweight mute addon designed specifically for gChat. It adds a complete mute system to your server, blocking muted players across all chat channels without causing server lag.

What It Does

• Works Directly with gChat: Automatically disables chatting in local, global, custom channels, and private messages (/msg, /reply) when a player is muted.

• Temporary & Permanent Mutes: Supports time formats (10m, 2h, 7d) or permanent mutes.

• Offline Player Support: Mute or unmute players even if they are not currently online.

• Database Support: Works out of the box with SQLite (no setup needed) or MySQL for cross-server networks.

• Mute Inspector: Check who muted a player, the reason, and the remaining time.

• Staff Immunity: Protect administrators from being muted.
