Changes

Colorblind Swap 1.1 Added Minecraft Java Edition 26.2 compatibility improvements. Added proper basic, textured, and textured-lit fallback rendering passes. Added a separate post-processing output buffer and explicit final pass. Fixed undefined interpolation behavior during color-mode transitions. Replaced legacy transform helper usage with explicit matrix transforms.
