Enter the Candy Swamp

The Candy Swamp is the mod’s primary custom biome. Its terrain is built around Candy Grass and candy-themed ground blocks, while Chocolate trees provide a complete decorative wood set. The biome includes custom vegetation and generates Candy Titanium Ore and Candy Titanium Blocks as part of its resource progression.

Chocolate Wood can be processed into a full family of building blocks, including:

Explore a new dimension

Sweet Apocalypse adds a custom dimension called the Sweet Apocalypse Dimension. The dimension has its own visual effects, natural lighting, world height, and environmental rules. Beds work in the dimension, raids are enabled, and the dimension supports a full survival-style exploration experience rather than acting only as a decorative realm.

The portal igniter is crafted from a Titanium Candy Ingot and a Chocolate Fragment. Once you have created the igniter, use the portal system to begin the dimension’s exploration and advancement path.

The dimension is designed to be discovered gradually. Early exploration introduces the candy environment and its resources, while later progression leads into corruption, purification, enhanced equipment, and the mod’s more powerful rewards.

Corruption and purification

Corruption is one of Sweet Apocalypse’s central mechanics. Certain foods, materials, recipes, and progression milestones are connected to the corruption system. The mod includes procedures for early corruption, terminal corruption, corrupted foods, natural purification decay, and food-based corruption reduction.

Installation

Install Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.1.

Download the Sweet Apocalypse .jar file.

Place the JAR in your Minecraft mods folder.

Launch the game with the NeoForge 1.21.1 profile.

Create a new world or load an existing world and search for the Candy Swamp and the mod’s custom structures.

For the best experience, create a backup before adding the mod to an established world. World-generation content is safest to explore in newly generated chunks.
