/mace set (username) (number) for giving yourself kills/ a better mace

Mace Progression is a project for smp's and youtubers its for a server to play on with a big ammount of people that whenever you get a few kills the mace levels up (the better the mace the more the kills) kills stack up its not a set ammount per mace this plugin may still be a little bit buggy if you have any issues i will be checking weekly.
