- added MiniMessage formatting support, if enabled players will be able to color their nickname (disabled by default)
- added config option to enable/disable/modify MiniMessage formatting
- added Nickname Minimum Length config option
- fixed a fabric issue where config could become stale when switching from servers to singleplayer worlds
