Spawner Shards

Spawner shards is my take on obtaining mob spawners. Typically people use "silk touch" spawners and for a long time as did I. But I personally found it to be a little too easy for such a reward.

When mining a mob spawner it will drop 1 shard (1-4 with fortune) 8 shards to craft a mob spawner using 1 shard and a varity of mob drops will craft a spawn egg. Using the spawn egg on any mob spawner will change it to that mob.
