Craftanium

This is an addon for Palladium, created specifically to add crafting recipes for uncraftable, rare resources such as Titanium and Redstone Flux Crystals.

You first need to find 9 Titanium to make a block. Using this, you can craft a Material Converter, to convert 4 raw iron and 4 coal into one raw titanium.

You can also convert 4 redstone dust and 4 echo shards into one redstone flux crystal.
