Chaotic Randomness

WARNING THIS MOD IS UNSTABLE DUE TO IT CHANGING SOME VALUES THAT ARE USED IN WORLDGEN AND MAY CRASH AT ANY MOMENT PLEASE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

This mod swaps sin and cos and messes with how gaussian and perlin noise are used.

(I don't plan to backport this mod to an older version but you can if you want)
