This plugin lets you change the duration of the day and night cycles in seconds. Fully open source.

In vanilla minecraft, a full day lasts 20 minutes, with no way to change it whatsoever. DayCycle fixes this, by overriding the vanilla time cycle and running a proper one (using simple mathematics), to prevent conflicts with the vanilla system.

Recommended to use in servers with a realistic modality, as it makes days last real time hours.

It's pretty much lightweight and very simple to use (requires minimal configuration).

Before reporting an issue, please make sure there are no plugins conflicting with DayCycle. Also make sure the gamerule advance_time is set to false.
