Administrator Panel

This is a mod I made because it makes it very easy to be able to test out different things in mods and on servers.

It adds a GUI that you can open by pressing "O" and there are going to be different buttons which do different functions and each button is labeled under a different section. For example, a button that puts you into spectator mode will be listed under "Gamemodes", and a button that gives you permanent Night Vision will be listed under "Tools".
