Crownfall

Crownfall: The Ultimate SMP Challenge Suite. Welcome to the official core mechanics for the Crownfall SMP! This plugin transforms a standard survival server into a competitive, chess-themed experience where players climb the ranks from a lowly Pawn to the all-powerful King.

NOTICE: This is a single plugin that consolidates all previous Crownfall systems into one high-performance plugin. It is designed for the Minecraft Server created by Nearly. Note that the plugin will be updated for all versions in the future.

Rank Upgrades: You obtain rank "Upgrades" through crafting. By combining specific resources (like Diamonds, Netherite, or Ancient Debris) with a Nether Star, you can craft an "Upgrade" item. Right-click these items to promote yourself to the next tier, provided you meet the requirements.

The Queen Ritual: To reach the Queen rank, you must perform the "Ascension." Place a Chest on top of a Netherite Block and fill it with 2 Ominous Trial Keys, 10 Diamond Blocks, and 1 Rook Upgrade star. You must then defend this location from other players for 30 minutes until the ritual is complete.

The King Trial: Once you are a Queen, you can challenge the throne. By holding a Dragon Egg and typing /kingtrialstart, you will be teleported to a massive, unbreakable arena in the sky. You must survive there for 1 hour and 15 minutes to earn the title of King.

• Player Survival

Life System: You have 3 lives. If you die, you lose a life. If you lose all your lives, you are demoted or banned from the server, depending on your rank.

The Aegis of Revival: If a friend is banned, you can craft an Aegis of Revival using Wither Skeleton Skulls, Ancient Debris, Diamond Blocks and an Enchanted Golden Apple. Using this item opens a menu where you can spend the item to unban your a player.

Gear Restrictions: Your rank dictates your power. Pawns have restricted gear, while Queens and Kings gain access to powerful items like Maces. This plugin automatically enforces these rules—if you try to equip an item your rank isn't allowed to use, the system will instantly move it out of your hand.

• In-game Commands

/withdraw or /demote: Safely drop back a rank and receive a token item so you can give it to a friend.

/queentime: Check how much time remains on any ongoing Queen rituals.

/kingtrialstart: Start your journey to becoming King (requires Queen rank and Dragon Egg).

/kingtrialtime: Check the remaining survival time for any active King Trials.

/chess set [PlayerName] [Rank]: Sets a player's rank. (Requires OP)
