concrete In Stonecutter

The latest snapshot (26.3-snapshot-8) made this obsolete! I will not update this anymore, unless a future update makes it needed again.

Allows you to craft concrete stairs and slabs in a stonecutter.

putting concrete in a stonecutter gives:

• 1 stair
• 2 slabs
