Megalopolis is a high-performance Minecraft modpack designed for survival-mode players who want to create sprawling, fully immersive modern-era towns and cities at massive scale. It blends deep technological progression inspired by factory games with expansive world generation, high-speed traversal, and detailed infrastructure tools -most notably Immersive Railroading paired with authentic railroading resource packs- so you can design functional rail networks, power grids, factories, and bustling urban centers that feel truly alive! Every aspect encourages long-term, rewarding survival gameplay: gather resources the hard way, master advanced tech trees, engineer efficient logistics, and gradually transform wild frontiers into interconnected megalopolises. Whether you're laying down highways, building dense residential districts, or optimizing massive automated industries, the pack supports the hardware and performance needed for enormous, detailed builds without compromise.

Minimum hardware requirements:

• RAM: 16GB total (or 12GB free) DDR4-3600 or faster
• GPU: AMD RX 6800S (NVIDIA mobile RTX 4070) or faster
• CPU: AMD R5 7600 or faster
• SSD: NVMe PCIe 4.0 or faster

Ensure modpack instance is set to use Java 25 (and ignore compatibility checks if applicable).

• GPU: AMD RX 9070 (NVIDIA RTX 5070) or faster
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
• SSD: NVMe PCIe 4.0 or faster

This pack contains the C2ME OpenCL acceleration module. It does not gracefully disable itself if your hardware or driver is incompatible. Try disabling the mod if the game throws errors during world load.
