Slim Arms Armor Models

Just a simple tweak that shrinks the size of the chestplate's shoulder pads on players using slim arms.

This resource pack modifies the model itself as well as the UV mapping for the texture. As such, all standard dimension (64x32) armor textures will work with this resource pack.

Has no effect on armor stands and players using 'normal' arms.
