The phial of vitality

This mod adds a phial of vitality from Lololoshka's "Heart of the Universe" season to minecraft. When using it, a regeneration effect is applied to the player for 3 seconds. Total uses: 3. After the third use, the vial will be empty.

Since the season does not say what the phial is made of, the mod uses a skint to create it, which can be found in chests or bought from some villagers.
