  1. 关于弓箭辅助瞄准：HUD中部有一个带刻度1~5的漏斗形符号，左侧有一组带数字1~5的标线。有两种瞄准方法，分别是快速瞄准和精确瞄准。快速瞄准适用于所有与玩家具有相同头部尺寸的目标，先确保拉满弓，然后当目标头的任意一个面正对您时将目标的头卡在漏斗形符号上（目标下颌的左右两个角刚好同时触碰漏斗形符号的左右两条曲线）即可发射。若目标未以头的任意面正对您，可估算瞄准。精确瞄准适用于所有与玩家具有相同身高的目标，先确保拉满弓，再将目标的脚底置于HUD左侧底部那根不带数字的水平标线上，读取此时目标的头顶位置对应的标线数值（该数值即为目标距离，单位10m，如位于两根标线之间则估读），再将目标的下颌线于垂直方向置于漏斗形符号中该数值刻度上，于水平方向置于漏斗形符号的中央虚线上，即可发射。无论何种瞄准方法，都需尽量与目标处于同高度，如与目标高差较大则需根据您的判断修正仰角，如目标的头部尺寸或身高与玩家的不同，也需根据您的经验做相应修正。
  2. 关于夜视仪模式：它甚至能让你在完全无光照的情况下看清东西。

Introduction: This is a set of 3 resource packs that modify the view when wearing a Pumpkin (Carved Pumpkin) and the block's appearance. After equipping a Carved Pumpkin, your view turns into the cockpit view of a fictional mecha called "Night-Piercing Growling Arrow" and a HUD is provided to assist with bow aiming. The three packs correspond to the Day, Night, and Night vision goggles (NVG) cockpit modes along with their respective block appearances.

Installation:

  1. This resource pack set is for Minecraft Java Edition. Please download the packs match your game version. Place the zip files into the "resourcepacks" folder in your game directory, e.g., D:\PCL2.minecraft\versions\1.8.9\resourcepacks.
  2. Launch the game, go to [Options]-[Resource Packs], select one of the "Night-Piercing Growling Arrow" packs (Day mode OR Night mode OR NVG mode), and add it to the [Selected] list.

Notes:

  1. Please ensure the game is displayed at a 16:9 aspect ratio; 1920x1080 or higher is recommended.
  2. If your game version is 1.7.3~1.8.9, make sure that [Options]-[FOV: Normal], and [Video Settings]-[GUI Scale: Auto]. If your game version is 26.2 (future versions may also be applicable), make sure that [Options]-[FOV: Normal], and [Video Settings]-[GUI Scale: 8], and [Accessibility Settings]-[FOV Effects: 100%].

  1. About bow aiming assist: In the center of the HUD, there is a funnel-shaped symbol marked with a scale of 1~5. On the left side, there is a set of lines numbered 1~5. Two aiming methods are available: Quick Aim and Precision Aim. Quick Aim applies to targets that have the same head size as the player. First, make sure the bow is fully drawn. Then, when any face of the target's head is directly facing you, fit the target's head into the funnel-shaped symbol (so that the left and right corners of the target's jaw just touch the left and right curves of the funnel simultaneously) and release. If the target does not have any face of its head directly facing you, aim by estimation. Precision Aim applies to targets that have the same height as the player. Fully draw the bow, place the target's feet on the bottom horizontal line on the left side of the HUD (the line without a number), and read the number of the line where the top of the target's head falls. This number is the distance in 10 meters (estimate if it falls between two lines). Then, vertically align the target's jawline with that number mark on the funnel-shaped symbol, and horizontally center it on the central dashed line of the funnel, then release. Regardless of the aiming method, try to stay at the same height as the target. If there is a significant height difference, adjust your elevation angle according to your judgment. If the target's head size or height differs from the player's, make corresponding adjustments based on your experience.
  2. About NVG Mode: It even allows you to see clearly in complete darkness.
