Mel's Pre-End Elytra Recipe

Adds a Pre-End crafting recipe for the Elytra using only vanilla crafting materials. You must use this data pack by enabling it in the 'More' > 'Data Packs' tab when creating a new world, or by adding it to the 'datapacks' folder of an already existing world folder.
