Hotbar Optimizer Removes the delay when switching hotbar slots

In vanilla Minecraft, your hotbar switch (number keys 1-9 or scrolling) is only processed on the next game tick costing up to 50 ms of local responsiveness. And only ONE pressed slot is committed per tick, so rapid multi switches get lost.

This mod fixes both:

Instant switching on keypress instead of waiting for the next tick. Per-frame processing (at high FPS, noticeably faster than the 50 ms tick). Multiple slot switches per tick are resolved correctly. You get a noticeably snappier, smoother hotbar ideal for PvP and fast combos.

Legit not a cheat This mod never sends packets outside the normal server tick. It only changes local input/slot handling on the client. It does not break the Minecraft protocol and will not be flagged as a cheat by anti-cheat systems.

Unlike "aggressive" hotbar mods (e.g. Doko's Hotbar Optimizer), this mod does not send the switch packet to the server instantly. That makes it safe to use on virtually any server but without the ghost-totem advantage aggressive mods
