Mewtwo's Genesis

Note: REQUIRES LEGENDARY MONUMENTS TO FUNCTION

Adds an item, the Berserk Gene, crafted with two redstone dust and a Psychic Gem. This item has no other current use but to be put in a Resurrection Machine along with Legendary Monuments's Tuft Of Mew Hair item. For those that want Mew to be obtained in order to have access to Mewtwo. (I heavily recommend removing ATM's recipe to revive Mewtwo from a Psychic Gem and Nether Star for the full experience.)

Future functions:

Berserk Gene will have its original function, maximizing attack while making a Pokemon confused for 256 turns

The R substance from Detective Pikachu will be added, with 2 variants, the first variant, which will maximize both attack and special attack whilst keeping the confusion effect from Berserk Gene, and the second variant, which will only increase both attack stats by 3 stages, and removes the confusion effect. The methods to create these variants of R is currently undecided.
