VisorMakeMeTaller

VisorMakeMeTaller is an addon for Visor that lets you adjust your perceived height in Minecraft VR.

It is especially useful for seated play, helping you feel appropriately sized instead of unusually small within the Minecraft world.

Features

• Calibrated: Uses Visor’s normal calibrated tracking height.
• Minecraft: Matches the standard Minecraft player camera height.
• Custom: Select any height between 3 and 7 feet.
• Camera Offset: Changes only your viewpoint height.
• World Scale: Changes the perceived size of blocks and the world around you.

Configuration

Open:

VR Settings → Setup Addons → VisorMakeMeTaller

From there, you can select your height mode, adjustment method, and custom height.

Using World Scale

Follow these steps to keep your tracked and in-game heights correctly synchronized:

1. Set Height Mode to Calibrated.
2. Recenter yourself while sitting or standing in your normal playing position.
3. Change Adjustment to World Scale while still using Calibrated mode.
4. Select Minecraft or Custom as your height mode.
5. If using Custom, choose your desired height.

Important: Do not switch directly to World Scale while using Minecraft or Custom mode. Doing so may cause your tracked and in-game heights to become unsynchronized. Always return to Calibrated mode first.

Official Compatibility

The official builds were designed and tested for:

• Minecraft 1.20.1
• Visor 0.4.0 and 0.5.0 snapshot#1
• Fabric
• Forge

Compatibility with other official Visor versions is not guaranteed.

Unofficial Minecraft 1.21.1 Builds

Unofficial Fabric and NeoForge builds are also available for Minecraft 1.21.1.

These versions require the matching unofficial Visor build:

These are community-made, unofficial ports. Make sure the Minecraft version, mod loader, Visor version, and VisorMakeMeTaller version listed on the download all match.

Support notice: Once an official Visor release for Minecraft 1.21.1 becomes available, all support and updates for the unofficial 1.21.1 Visor and VisorMakeMeTaller builds will be discontinued. Users should migrate to the official versions when they become available.
