Overview

FixDupeNeo is a lightweight, single-version NeoForge utility mod exclusively built for NeoForge 26.2, which restores the classic tripwire string duplication glitch (string duper) that Mojang patched in vanilla Minecraft updates. Many redstone technical players and factory builders rely on this traditional farm to mass-produce string efficiently for wool farms, mob traps, decoration builds and automatic wiring systems. After official game updates removed this well-known technical feature, most old string duper machines stopped working entirely. This mod perfectly reverts the patched tripwire logic, bringing back the original dupe behavior without modifying any other vanilla blocks, items or game mechanics.

Installation Guide

1. Download FixDupeNeo jar file matching NeoForge 26.2
2. Place the jar file into your game mods folder
3. Launch Minecraft with NeoForge 26.2 instance
4. Build traditional tripwire string duper machine as you did in old vanilla versions, the duplication function will work normally

Important Notes

• This mod only targets NeoForge 26.2; there is no plan to port to other loader versions for now
• For multiplayer servers, all server-side worlds require this mod installed, clients without it cannot break tripwire dupers correctly
• This mod only adjusts tripwire block tick logic, will not conflict with mainstream redstone mods like JEI, Create, XNet
• If you encounter abnormal duplication quantity or machine failure, submit feedback via Modrinth comment section

安装教程

1. 下载适配NeoForge 26.2的FixDupeNeo模组jar文件

4. 按照旧版原版的搭建方式制作传统绊线刷线机，复制功能即可正常运行

重要注意事项

• 模组当前仅适配NeoForge 26.2，暂无移植其他加载器版本的开发计划
• 多人服务器游玩时，服务端必须安装本模组，未安装模组的客户端无法正常触发刷线复制
• 模组仅修改绊线方块刻逻辑，与JEI、机械动力、XNet等主流红石工业模组无冲突
