This resource pack changes the sounds of the game in a way that respects modern Minecraft's sound design while making the custom sounds resemble old Minecraft, specifically the last version of these sounds before they were changed to the current ones. This means Release MC most of the time. Rarely Alpha or Beta. Music is not changed, and no music is added or removed. Sound reusage is avoided as much as possible, and i mean using the exact same sound somewhere else, not using existing Minecraft sounds to create new ones, the latter is basically every single sound of the pack. The way the sounds are made are inspired by the way Minecraft's sound designers make the sounds, often also mixing existing sounds with newly recorded ones. All custom sounds which can be found in the files uses vanilla assets, modified by me in ways such as mixed, trimmed, cropped, reversed, equalized, reverbered, slowed down, sped up, stretched, shrunk, combined, etc. Sorry if i used more than one word with the exact same definition, that happens. Existing sounds are subject to equalization if the sample rate is bellow 44100Hz, E.g random.splash, it was equalized to sound brighter. It's currently the only affected sound by what i stated before, well that's it folks! Enjoy my pack, works from 1.9 all the way to the latest version. And if Minecraft yells at you telling it's incompatible, ignore it, i didn't find any issues with the pack manifest but it works fine.
