Vulkan- Visuals\QoLs

This modpack makes minecraft run the Vulkan loader instead of the OpenGL loader. Vulkan helps greatly improve players FPS on high and low end devices. Some mods do not work with the Vulkan mod, but most in here help improve and have mods similar to other ones. This moddpack adds Vulkan to minecraft early on, before mojang implemeds it into the game. -better fps -Higher render distance -Greater Overall performace on older devices Usefull for all devices of high end or low end.
