This resource pack modifies the core shader to make all block light sources(blocks, fluids, entities, etc) emit white tinted lighting. Other than that, everything else is vanilla!
Inspired by Beta's greyscale lighting, but without the actual greyscaling implementation, only small edit to force the white lighting, everything else is completely untouched. A sweet compromise
"Moody" brightness setting recommended!
Features
- pure white lighting!!!
- orange/yellow tint be gone!!!
- sodium compatible!!! (because sodium doesn't override vanilla lightmap)
- absolutely no other graphical changes!!!
Documentation so i won't forget how i did it
• Modified sky light output a bit to prevent skylight color overriding on block light sources, preventing weird lightning artifacts when placed light sources outdoors at night.
• Ignored block tint calculations and force white color output.
