TakoLib adds helpful resources that addonpack / datapack makers can use without having to use code.

The current version adds multiple (useless) effects to the game. It is recommended for makers of Palladium or Origins datapacks to give data to these effects within their pack or power. This is primarily so various packs can use each effect differently, like Critical being either increasing damage taken or dealt. It's up to you.
