Why this plugin?

Admin Dimension Control allows stopping players from creating Portals when the dimension on the other Side is locked, which simular plugins arent capable of.

Using the dimensioncontrol.bypass* permission admins can enter locked dimensions.

* These Permissions are only the default values, you can change them in the Config.
