About SkyCraft

SkyCraft is the official Fabric modpack for the SkyCraft Minecraft server, built for Minecraft: Java Edition 26.2. It preserves the core vanilla survival experience while improving performance, visuals, multiplayer communication, building tools, and general quality of life.

The pack provides one preconfigured installation containing the mods, resource packs, and settings needed for the intended SkyCraft experience. Players do not need to find, install, or configure every component individually.

Features

Performance and stability

SkyCraft uses Sodium, Lithium, ImmediatelyFast, FerriteCore, ModernFix, EntityCulling, MoreCulling, Krypton, VMP, Dynamic FPS, and other optimizations to improve frame rates, memory usage, chunk rendering, loading times, networking, and overall responsiveness.

Enhanced visuals

Fresh Animations and its compatible add-ons improve mob, object, and equipment animations. The pack also includes connected textures, dynamic lighting, improved grass, animated textures, 3D skin layers, enhanced entity models and textures, custom sky support, and clearer enchanted-book textures.

These additions improve Minecraft’s appearance without replacing its vanilla art style.

Multiplayer features

Simple Voice Chat provides proximity-based communication on compatible servers. The pack also includes expanded chat history, client-side note block improvements, clearer world-border visuals, and networking optimizations.

Building and technical tools

Litematica and MiniHUD provide schematic building, measurements, overlays, structure information, and technical displays. Carpet, Chunky, and Spark are included for world management, testing, pregeneration, and performance diagnosis where supported.

Quality-of-life improvements

SkyCraft includes controller support, configurable zoom, better inventory mouse controls, an improved mounted HUD, paginated advancements, crawling, faster quitting and resource reloading, additional video settings, language improvements, and numerous Minecraft bug fixes.

Who is this pack for?

SkyCraft is primarily intended for players joining the SkyCraft server. It is also suitable for players who want an optimized, visually polished, vanilla-style Fabric installation without adding a large amount of new progression content.

Most client-side performance, visual, and interface improvements also work in single-player. Features such as voice chat and certain gameplay or administration tools require corresponding server support.
